The family of an elderly Filipino who was brutally beaten on New Year’s Eve in his Philadelphia home, are offering a reward for those who can identify their loved one’s attackers.
Mauricio Gesmundo Sr., who came to the US in 1978, was found at 3 a.m. lying on the dining room floor tied up.
